The pod will usually last between 7 and 10 refills before it needs to be replaced. This will vary a bit depending on the e-liquid used.

If you have just filled a new pod, then make sure to wait 30 seconds to a minute before you first use the device. This will ensure that the e-liquid has properly saturated the pod and will prevent a burnt taste.

If you have been using the device for a little while and start to get a burnt taste, ensure that the e-liquid remains above the “MIN” level indicated on the pod, to prevent a burnt taste.

If you have been using the pod for a few days and are getting a burnt taste, then this is an indication that it is time to replace the pod.

The battery life on the One Kit will vary depending on your frequency of use. Under normal use you can expect to get a full day from a single charge.

The kit has been designed to be very simple to fill. Simply remove the pod top cover by pushing it to the side, then insert the nozzle of your e-liquid bottle into the red hole and fill.

Each kit is delivered with a safety sticker on the underside of the pod that needs to be removed before first use. To remove the sticker, take out the whole pod by pulling it upwards from the device.

You will then see the safety sticker on the bottom of the pod which can simply be peeled off. After removing the sticker you can simply re-insert the pod back into the device.

The LED light on the device indicates how much battery you have left.

Green light shows you have more than 70% battery remaining

Amber light shows you have between 30% and 70% battery remaining

Red light shows that you have 30% or less battery life remaining
